There are many aspects to the day to day administration of any company and in addition
to the legal requirements we can take care of raising invoices, paying suppliers
and keeping track of your bank movements. We can let you know when taxes are due
to be paid and following your approval, make sure they are settled on time.
We can
also arrange for any changes you wish to make to the Company Statutes and can look
after any meetings you want to hold. If you need a loan or other types of agreements
we can provide you with draft documents for your approval.
We will arrange for Statutory
Meetings and make sure that the Companies Statutory Records are kept up to date. On
an annual basis, we will file your Statutory Accounts with the Luxembourg Registrar
of Companies.
We will allocate one member of staff to be your contact point within
our organisation and this will normally be an accountant as they will be in close
touch with your activity.
